What you'll be doing
Handle inbound calls from customers inquiring about hotel reservations
Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a friendly and professional manner
Provide accurate information about hotel availability, room rates, and amenities
Process hotel reservations, modifications, and cancellations efficiently
Maintain a positive attitude and provide a high level of customer satisfaction
Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance
Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service
What we're looking for
Must have completed Senior High School (New Curriculum) | High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
BPO Experience is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in English, both written and verbal
Knowledge of the hotel and hospitality industry is an advantage
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service
