We’re looking for passionate and customer-focused individuals who can assist guests with hotel reservations, booking inquiries, and travel concerns. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy helping people, this role is perfect for you!


? Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with hotel bookings, room availability, pricing, and special requests

  • Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, amenities, and policies

  • Handle reservation changes, cancellations, and payment concerns

  • Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, chat, or email

  • Resolve guest issues professionally and efficiently

  • Ensure all interactions follow quality and compliance standards

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel partners, promotions, and procedures


? Qualifications:

  • At least Senior High School Graduate

  • With or without BPO experience (training provided!)

  • Strong English communication skills

  • Good problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities

  • Amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays

  • Must be willing to work onsite
