We are currently seeking a French Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our talented team.
This role is ideal for individuals who are fluent in French and English, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
Must be fluent in both English and French
Must have atleast 1 year of Call Center Experience
Open to College Graduates
College Undergraduates or SHS/HS Graduates (old curriculum) must have at least 6 months of BPO experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to write clearly and effectively in English and French
Amenable to working on shifting schedules, holidays, and graveyard shift
Willing to work in Hybrid Set Up
Preferably based in Metro Manila
Must have an active Viber account
