What you'll be doing
Responding to inbound customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat
Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Providing information about products and services to customers
Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
Identifying opportunities to promote additional products and services to customers
Collaborating with team members to improve customer service processes and procedures
What we're looking for
Must have completed Senior High School (New Curriculum) | High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
No experience required!
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software
Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
