Join our Financial Technology (FinTech) team and help customers with their digital banking and financial service needs. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll provide exceptional support through voice and/or digital channels, assisting customers with account inquiries, online transactions, payment concerns, and mobile app navigation while ensuring data security and excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries related to digital banking, online payments, and financial services.
  • Assist customers with account verification, transactions, and payment concerns.
  • Troubleshoot issues involving mobile and web-based financial platforms.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, data privacy, and security standards.
  • Deliver professional, empathetic, and efficient customer service.
  • Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics.

Qualifications

  • At least Senior High School Graduate (College level or graduate is an advantage).
  • At least 6 months BPO customer service experience (financial or technical support experience is preferred).
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Good computer navigation and multitasking skills.
  • Willing to work onsite in Bridgetowne, Quezon City.
  • Amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
