A Customer Care Specialist who joins Us is a frontline member for one of the world’s best brands.

Your daily tasks include but are not limited to the following:

Learn about the ever-changing world of card processing and online payments
Providing customer satisfaction and experience
Meeting and exceeding client-mandated KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators)
Participating in training to improve work performance
Following TaskUs’ policies and keeping information confidential

What makes a #RidiculouslyGood Chargeback Expert?

At least 1 year and and 6 months in Financial industry experience i.e. Banking, Accounting, or BPO Financial campaigns.
Experience in Chargeback, Disputes, or Fraud Analysis is a plus.
Exceptional Communication Skills—both written and oral.
Willing to work on shifting schedules and can work on-site.
