Handle inbound and outbound calls or chats from customers with financial-related inquiries
Assist clients in managing their accounts, processing transactions, and resolving billing or payment issues
Provide accurate information and solutions regarding financial products and services
Ensure all customer interactions comply with company policies and financial regulations
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive financial data
Document all customer interactions and actions taken in the system
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience and issue resolution
Bachelor’s degree/SHS Graduate and High School Diploma holder
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Great communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
