We are looking for customer-focused representatives to join our Financial / Fintech Account at our Bridgetowne, Pasig site. In this role, you will deliver support to international customers regarding online banking, card transactions, account management, billing, and general financial inquiries.
Customer Support: Handle inbound phone calls, chats, or emails regarding financial products, digital banking tools, and account verification.
Transaction Assistance: Assist customers with payment issues, billing concerns, fee inquiries, and balance checks.
Technical Troubleshooting: Help users navigate mobile banking apps, online portals, password resets, and basic login errors.
Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate call logs and maintain strict compliance with data privacy laws and financial security standards.
Escalations: Identify and escalate complex disputes, fraudulent activities, or technical system bugs to specialized support teams.
Education: High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School (SHS) Graduate, or College Graduate/Undergraduate.
Experience: Open to fresh graduates or candidates with no prior BPO experience. (Candidates with at least 3–6 months of BPO or customer service experience are highly preferred).
Communication Skills: Good to excellent conversational English communication skills.
Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy, fast typing skills, and navigation across multiple software interfaces.
Flexibility: Amenable to working onsite in Bridgetowne, Pasig, handling shifting schedules (including night shifts, weekends, and holidays).
Sign-on Bonus: Up to ₱25,000 (disbursed based on hiring milestones).
Competitive Package: Up to ₱24,000 base salary + rice/meal allowance + account incentives.
Comprehensive Healthcare: HMO coverage upon regularization (or Day 1, depending on campaign allocation) + life insurance options.
Night Differential: Standard 10% night differential pay for night shift hours.
Paid Leave Credits: Paid Vacation and Sick Leaves upon regularization.
Paid Training: Full wages paid during the account training period.
