Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.
Assist with healthcare-related concerns and service requests.
Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly and effectively addressing customer needs.
Collaborate with teammates to deliver smooth, seamless service experiences.
Document customer interactions and resolutions in detail.
Follow company policies and quality standards to maintain high performance.

Qualifications

Strong English communication and active listening skills.
Empathetic and patient when dealing with customer concerns.
At least a High School graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High graduate
