About the Role

Join Everise Ortigas as a Customer Service Expert for the Outbound Collections Account. In this role, you will be responsible for handling outbound collections calls to assist customers in resolving overdue accounts. You will work in a dynamic team environment, utilizing the latest tools and technologies to ensure efficient and effective customer service. Everise places a strong emphasis on quality and aims to provide top-notch service to all customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound collection calls to customers with overdue accounts.
  • Negotiate payment plans and resolutions with customers.
  • Update customer records accurately with all relevant information.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining compliance.
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets and goals.
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve overall performance.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • At least 12 months of outbound experience in collections is a must.
  • Ability to handle difficult conversations with customers professionally and effectively.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
