Who are we looking for?

  • At least 6 months BPO payments processing/billing support experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Language
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills as well as the ability to handle difficult customer calls
  • With focus on the needs of the customers, with high motivation, agility, curiosity, and collaboration
  • Tech-savvy with a strong handle on web applications.
  • Candidate should be amenable to work on onsite on Shifting Schedules (Day Shift, Mid Shift, Night Shift)

Job Description

You will be specializing in payments processing and billing is responsible for assisting customers with inquiries related to transactions, billing issues, and account discrepancies. This role involves resolving payment-related concerns, ensuring accurate processing of invoices, and delivering exceptional service through clear communication and problem-solving. Representatives must maintain a high level of accuracy, empathy, and professionalism while working to enhance customer satisfaction and uphold company policies.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Serve as the go-to for questions about the products 
  • Support customers every day to diagnose business or technical problems, propose data-driven solutions and help them adopt our products
  • Track support case activity in an automated support portal
  • Provide payments support over the phone and via email
  • Troubleshoot the full-suite of products and payment-based transactions including third party payment processors and gateways
  • Trace transactions within the systems to identify point of failure and handle remediation activities
  • Collaborate with support teams
  • Provide expertise on client escalation calls, and help produce customer facing knowledgebase content
