We are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team as Blended Account Customer Service Representatives at UP Ayala Technohub, Quezon City.

Handle customer inquiries through a combination of voice and non-voice channels (calls, chat, and email).
Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer concerns.
Assist customers with account-related inquiries, requests, and troubleshooting.
Maintain professionalism and deliver excellent customer service across all communication channels.
Accurately document customer interactions and update account information.
Meet individual and team performance targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
At least High School or Senior High School Graduate.
Good verbal and written English communication skills.
Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
Willing to handle both voice and non-voice customer interactions.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
Willing to work onsite at UP Ayala Technohub, Quezon City.
Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
