Customer Service Representative – Voice Account
Location: Alorica Centris, Quezon City
Handle inbound and/or outbound voice calls from customers professionally and efficiently
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests related to products and services
Provide accurate information and resolve issues in a timely manner
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication skills
Document call details and customer interactions accurately in the system
Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards
Meet performance metrics such as call handling time, quality scores, and attendance
Qualifications:
At least a high school graduate (college level or graduates are an advantage)
Good to excellent English communication skills
With or without BPO experience (training will be provided)
Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
Amenable to work onsite
