Join Alorica Mezza as a Technical Support Representative and be part of a team that delivers outstanding customer service to clients in the healthcare technology industry. You’ll assist customers in resolving software and system-related concerns over the phone, ensuring they receive accurate, efficient, and friendly support.
This role is perfect for individuals who are tech-savvy, customer-focused, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
Handle inbound customer calls and provide step-by-step assistance with software or technical concerns.
Troubleshoot and resolve application or account-related issues in a clear and professional manner.
Document all customer interactions and technical solutions accurately in the system.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical cases.
Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on new system features or updates.
At least High School / Senior High School graduate.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Basic technical knowledge or interest in IT/software troubleshooting.
BPO experience is a plus but not required.
Willing to work onsite at Alorica Mezza, Quezon City.
