Ready to take your travel expertise to the next level? Join our Airline Account in Bridgetowne, Pasig and help customers with their travel needs while building a rewarding career in the BPO industry!

What You'll Do:

Assist customers with flight bookings, ticket reservations, rebooking, and cancellations.
Handle travel-related inquiries through voice, chat, or email.
Use Global Distribution Systems (GDS) to manage reservations and process travel requests.
Provide accurate fare, schedule, and travel policy information.
Resolve customer concerns professionally while delivering excellent customer service.
Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions.

Qualifications:

Experience using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, or Worldspan.
Strong communication skills in English.
Customer service experience in the travel, airline, or BPO industry is an advantage.
Willing to work onsite in Bridgetowne, Pasig.
Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Amenable to a Dayshift schedule.
