We’re seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Executive.

Position Overview: As a Customer Support Executive, you will be our clients' first point of contact, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally. This role requires a proactive approach to customer service and high communication skills to ensure a positive client experience and strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with bookings, flight details, and any logistics-related inquiries.
  • Resolve customer issues by coordinating with other departments, including logistics, sales, and operations.
  • Track and monitor shipments and update clients on the delivery schedule.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and manage documentation related to customer service interactions.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution.
  • Provide feedback to management on recurring customer issues and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction by proactively reaching out to customers and following up on unresolved issues.

Qualifications:

  • bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the logistics, airline, or freight forwarding industry.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiarity with Google apps.
