What is your mission?

  • Provide support via email, chat, and phone for web/app-based products.

  • Resolve customer issues and escalate when needed.

  • Ensure timely and accurate case handling based on KPIs.

  • Learn multiple products to address diverse customer needs.

  • Communicate clearly and calmly, especially under time-sensitive situations, guiding customers through resolutions.

  • Accurately document issues and actions to support team learning and service improvements.

  • Collaborate with the team and support reporting tasks.

  • Continuously build knowledge to take on more complex concerns over time.

     

Who are we looking for?

  • Completed at least 2 years in college (vocational accepted)

  • Minimum of 1 year technical support or customer service in a BPO/SaaS industry

  • Preferably with experience in using customer support software and tools

  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills

  • Amenable to work day/mid/night shifts 

  • Can work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
