Job Description

Handle inbound and outbound provider calls for voice support.
Address all queries from providers related to eligibility and benefits, claim status, authorizations, and other inquiries pertaining to the member's account, as supported by the business.
Understand the account's business strategy and managed care direction.
Utilize and stay familiar with current system functions, applications, and enhancements.
Take responsibility for personal development and assist in training co-workers.
Suggest and share ideas for system and process improvements.
Embrace and adapt to new ideas in a positive and timely manner.
Meet and maintain the account's key performance indicators (KPIs).
Provide exceptional customer service over the phone.
Maintain a high level of professionalism toward peers and clients at all times.
Follow all policies and procedures set forth by the client, company, and program.
Adhere to assigned schedules and changes as advised by the immediate supervisor.
Perform tasks efficiently and effectively to meet service delivery requirements set by the client, project, or company.
