As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll help customers book their ideal stays, resolve inquiries, and make sure every guest leaves the conversation satisfied. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with hotel reservations and inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Guide guests in booking accommodations and resolving booking issues.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information on hotel amenities, rates, and availability.
  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by offering timely and effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with your team to meet service level goals and quality standards.
  • Accurately maintain customer records and documentation.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 months Call Centre experience.
  • At least a High school Diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organised in a fast-paced setting.
  • Comfortable using computers and navigating basic applications.
