As the voice of our leading telecommunications clients, you’ll handle customer concerns with professionalism and care—whether it’s assisting with billing inquiries, troubleshooting network or device issues, or guiding customers through service upgrades. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with efficiency and empathy.
  • Handle billing questions, service concerns, and technical troubleshooting for telco services.
  • Provide accurate information on products, promos, and service features.
  • Document and update customer interactions in the system clearly and accurately.
  • Collaborate with teammates to meet service level goals and performance metrics.
  • Uphold company standards, policies, and compliance guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency preferred).
  • Customer service or BPO experience is an advantage, especially in telco accounts.
  • At least a high school graduate (old curriculum) or senior high graduate (K-12).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with multitasking in different systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
