About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through various communication channels. You will work in a dynamic team environment, utilizing tools and resources to meet quality standards and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide assistance and resolve queries.
  • Handle customer complaints and escalate issues as needed for timely resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve service level targets and improve processes.
  • Provide feedback on customer trends and suggestions for product/service enhancement.

Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience in a BPO setting.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
