Basic Qualifications:

  • Any level or degree in College

  • Must have completed Senior High School (New Curriculum) or High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)

  • Good Comprehension & Communication Skills

  • Must be able to work onsite in Pasay

  • Amenable to work with shifting & graveyard schedule.

  • Preferably with at least 6 months of BPO experience

  • No experience & Fresh graduates are welcome too!

Job Description

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.
  • Stay updated on products and services to assist customers effectively.
  • Assist customers, resolve inquiries, handle calls in a call center environment, and maintain discretion.
