Sutherland is urgently hiring experienced Telco Experts to join our team in Tarlac. This is a full-time position that offers a dynamic and challenging work environment. As a Telco Expert, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to our valued clients in the telecommunications industry.

Job Description

What you'll be doing

  • Handling inbound customer inquiries and requests
  • Identify and relate with various customer needs and scenarios
  • Conduct issue identification and problem-solving meeting customer needs and satisfaction
  • Providing detailed explanations and guidance to customers to ensure their understanding and satisfaction
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address complex customer concerns
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and product knowledge

 

What we're looking for

  • Finished at least 2 years in college (or High School Graduate + relevant work experience)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize and build rapport with customers
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex issues
  • Proficient in using various software and technology tools to provide efficient customer support
  • Flexible and adaptable to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Passionate about providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to continuous learning
