Responsibilities:
Review completeness and compliance of documents received.
Verify accuracy of agent and license information.
Analyze data to determine appropriate handling.
Encode agent, license, and commission details accurately.
Update agent records and create/post correspondences as needed.
Identify next steps based on workflow and initiate transactions.
Qualifications:
Open to college graduates, associate degree holders, and undergraduates with at least 2 years of college completed.
Minimum 1 year of work experience in insurance, healthcare, or financial accounts (any or combined).
Willing to work full-time onsite in Cubao, Quezon City.
Flexible with shifting schedules and holiday work.
