What is your mission?

You will help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Provide post-sales customer service and/or troubleshooting support to the client's customers.
  • Support advertising customers and deliver consultative support.
  • Perform data analysis to improve customer's advertising experience and ensure higher ROI.
  • Gather client and partner feedback to enhance ad products and overall customer experience.

 

Who are we looking for?

  • At least Senior High School or College level
  • With at least 1 year BPO phone/voice experience
  • Must have technical support experience
  • Preferably with email and chat experience
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Amenable to work in rotating shifts (morning, mid, & night shifts)
  • Can work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
