Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer support and resolve inquiries efficiently.
Ensure service quality and meet performance standards.
Qualifications:
Open to High School (old curriculum), Senior High School graduates, college undergraduates, and graduates.
At least 6 months of BPO experience.
Strong communication skills.
Willing to work full-time onsite in Boni, Mandaluyong City
Amenable to shifting schedules and holiday work.
