Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently
  • Provide product information and upsell when opportunities arise
  • Maintain accurate customer records
  • Work closely with the team to achieve service objectives
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • High school graduate (Old Curriculum)
  • SHS Graduate (New Curriculum)
  • College undergraduate and college graduate are welcome
  • 18 years old and above
  • Good communication skills in English 
  • Tech-savvy or willing to learn
  • No experience required — we provide training!
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
