Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and professional assistance to customers via chat, email, or phone.
  • Resolve issues related to ride bookings, cancellations, payments, driver queries, and technical problems.
  • Offer solutions and guidance on app features, including account management and ride tracking.
  • Handle customer complaints with empathy and patience while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Document interactions and feedback to improve service quality and identify recurring issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., tech support, operations) to address complex concerns.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the app’s features, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information.
  • Assist in the development and improvement of customer service processes and tools.
