Job Description

Role

You will provide outstanding service, acting as customers' primary point of contact regarding products and services related to client programs.

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Professionally handles high volume inbound calls to quickly identify and resolve customer issues
  • Presents new products and services
  • Enhance customer experience and satisfaction
  • Demonstrate ability to gauge customer response
  • Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, assess, and fulfill customer needs, and educate customer
  • Resolve customer issues via one-call resolution guidelines and/or escalated process
  • Meet or exceed company and client performance metrics
  • Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact our client and its customers
  • Responsible for call disposition or compiling and generating reports as required

 

Who are we Looking for?

  • Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma / Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, or Bachelor's/College Degree, in any field.
  • At least 1-month call center experience
  • Must have at least 35 Mbps postpaid internet connection/subscription (For BCP)
  • Must be willing to make inbound and outbound calls
  • Must be willing to work in BGC, Taguig City
  • Can start immediately
  • Good to excellent communication skills
  • Must be willing to work on shifting schedules
