Who are we looking for?

  • High School Graduate

  • Must have at least 6 months of BPO experience

  • Preferably with blended customer service experience (voice and non-voice)

  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills

  • Positive, self-motivated and energetic

  • Amenable to work rotating shifts

  • Can work at IT Park, Cebu City

Job Description

What is your mission?

You will help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Positively and professionally handle and resolve customer account and booking concerns through email/phone/chat to customers

  • Quickly assess a situation, gather information, and provide a solution that meets the customer’s needs

  • Investigate issues that arise and determine the appropriate course of action that may include reviewing reservation details, contacting hosts or guests, and working with other teams within the organization

  • Accurately capture information, update records, and escalate issues when necessary
