Who are we looking for?

  • High School Graduate

  • Must have at least 6 months of BPO experience

  • Preferably with blended customer service experience (voice and non-voice)

  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills

  • Positive, self-motivated and energetic

  • Amenable to work rotating shifts

  • Can work in Cebu IT Park, Cebu City

As a Customer Service Ambassador, you will work with our Largest Online Booking Account to deliver outstanding customer experience through phone and email. You will be the first point of contact to handle and resolve customer concerns.
