We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Alorica. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients' customers, providing exceptional service and support via phone, email, or chat. Your goal will be to resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner, while exceeding customer expectations and promoting a positive brand image.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or chat
- Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer issues
- Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system
- Meet or exceed monthly performance metrics, such as first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and technical support, to resolve complex customer issues
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to effectively communicate with customers
