What is your mission?

  • Conducts screening and review of contents being uploaded to the platform in compliance with policy, legal, and safety standards.
  • Ensures policy, legal compliance, and safety of content uploaded to the platform.
  • Become and remain knowledgeable and passionate about leading e-commerce products, policies, legal, and safety standards.
  • Escalate issues to the immediate supervisor in accordance with the MSA and this SOW.
  • Capable of coping with peaks in contact volumes during promotion seasons.
  • Review contents within agreed latency SLA and standards of quality.
  • Complete and pass all required basic product related trainings.

 

Who are we looking for?

  • Completed at least 2 years in college
  • Must have at least 6 months of BPO experience
  • Experience in content moderation is a plus
  • Can exhibit strong comprehension, attention-to-detail and rational decision-making in applying client guidelines in regulating seller content.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in analyzing issues, for evaluation and resolution. 
  • Capable of coping with peaks in queue volumes during promotion seasons.
  • Excellent communication skills rated at a C1 level
  • Willing to work in rotating shifts
  • Can work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
