Location: Bridgetowne, Pasig
Salary: Up to ₱37,000* Monthly

Job Description
We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our Collections Account in Bridgetowne, Pasig.
As a Collections Representative, you will assist customers with outstanding balances, payment concerns, and account-related inquiries. You will communicate professionally with customers, provide appropriate payment solutions, and help achieve collection and customer service goals while following company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and/or outbound calls regarding outstanding balances and payment concerns.
Assist customers with account, billing, and payment inquiries.
Discuss available payment options and appropriate payment arrangements.
Follow up on outstanding or promised payments when required.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and provide accurate information.
Handle difficult conversations with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
Document customer interactions and account updates accurately in the system.
Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department when necessary.
Meet established collection, productivity, quality, and customer service targets.
Maintain confidentiality of customer information and comply with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
At least 1 year of BPO experience.
Collections experience is highly preferred.
At least High School/Senior High School Graduate or College Graduate.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
Comfortable handling collection-related conversations.
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple customer concerns.
Willing to work onsite in Bridgetowne, Pasig.
Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays, if required.
