As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing top-notch service and support. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist clients with account-related concerns and transactions
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers
  • Resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service standards
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Minimum of 3 months BPO experience
  • If no BPO experience: at least 6 months of work experience in the Financial or Banking industry in a customer-facing role
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of financial services is preferred
  • At least 2 years of college completed, with no back subjects
