In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through captioning services. You will work collaboratively with a team in a fast-paced BPO environment, using cutting-edge technology to deliver top-notch service and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate captioning services
  • Ensure timely follow-up on customer concerns and issues
  • Collaborate with team members to meet performance targets
  • Maintain professionalism and positive attitude in all customer interactions
  • Adhere to quality standards and ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
