About the Role

As a Customer Experience Agent at Alorica Philippines, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer service for our Food Delivery Account. You will handle inquiries, provide resolutions, and ensure a positive experience for customers dining in or ordering takeout. You will have the opportunity to work alongside a dynamic team in a supportive environment that values collaboration and excellence in customer support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about the food delivery service.
  • Assist customers with orders, refunds, and delivery-related concerns.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain quality service standards.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation.
