Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally

  • Provide accurate information and resolve concerns efficiently

  • Document customer interactions and transactions properly

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service

  • Meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs


Qualifications

  • No BPO experience required! Training provided ?

  • High school graduate / SHS graduate / college level or graduate

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure

  • Basic computer literacy

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus


Salary & Incentives

? Salary Package: ₱16,000 – ₱17,500
? Sign-On Bonus (Publishing Account): ₱20,000

Onsite Application Incentives:

  • ₱1,000 – Initial Interview Passer (No BPO Experience)

  • ₱2,000 – Initial Interview Passer (with at least 2 months BPO International Voice)

Virtual / Zoom Application Incentives:

  • ₱1,000 – Initial Interview Passer

  • ₱500 – Final Interview Passer
