Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
Provide accurate information and resolve concerns efficiently
Document customer interactions and transactions properly
Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service
Meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs
No BPO experience required! Training provided ?
High school graduate / SHS graduate / college level or graduate
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Basic computer literacy
Prior customer service experience is a plus
? Salary Package: ₱16,000 – ₱17,500
? Sign-On Bonus (Publishing Account): ₱20,000
Onsite Application Incentives:
₱1,000 – Initial Interview Passer (No BPO Experience)
₱2,000 – Initial Interview Passer (with at least 2 months BPO International Voice)
Virtual / Zoom Application Incentives:
₱1,000 – Initial Interview Passer
