Job Description

We are hiring for Customer Service Representatives for our Financial Account!

 

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide great customer support over phone, chat, and email.

  • Listen to customers, ask questions, and solve their issues quickly.

  • Stay friendly and professional while building strong relationships with customers.

     

Qualifications:

  • Must be HS Graduate, SHS Graduate, Assoc Undergrad/Graduate, and College Undergrad/Graduate - educational attainment

  • With or without BPO Experience are encouraged to apply

  • Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English

  • Flexible with working hours, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts

  • Willing to work on-site (Taguig)
