We are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team at UP Ayala Technohub (UPA) as Blended Account Representatives. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy assisting customers through different channels, this opportunity is for you!

Handle customer inquiries and concerns through voice calls, email, chat, and other communication channels.
Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer concerns.
Assist customers with account-related inquiries, service requests, and other concerns.
Maintain professionalism and ensure a positive customer experience.
Document customer interactions and update account information accurately.
Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Meet individual and team performance targets.
At least High School or Senior High School Graduate.
Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer navigation and multitasking skills.
Strong problem-solving and customer service abilities.
Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
Willing to work onsite at UP Ayala Technohub.
Previous BPO or customer service experience is an advantage, depending on account requirements.
