We are seeking assertive, persuasive, and results-driven professionals to join our Collections team at our Bridgetowne site. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting customers with overdue financial accounts to secure payments, negotiate repayment schedules, and resolve outstanding balances. Your primary goal is to help customers find viable financial solutions while maintaining excellent professional service and compliance with credit policies.
Outbound & Inbound Collections: Contact customers with delinquent accounts to negotiate payment arrangements, settle outstanding balances, and process payments over the phone.
Account Analysis: Review customer payment histories and account details to understand their financial situation and offer appropriate, realistic repayment plans.
Negotiation & Problem Solving: Handle objections professionally, use persuasive negotiation techniques to secure commitments to pay, and clear up billing disputes.
Compliance & Documentation: Strictly adhere to international fair debt collection practices, financial regulations, and data privacy policies. Accurately document all customer interactions and payment agreements in the system.
Education: High School (Old Curriculum) Graduate or Senior High School (SHS) Graduate.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of continuous BPO Collections experience (handling financial, credit card, loan, or telco collections).
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written English communication skills, with a focus on negotiation, assertiveness, and active listening.
Core Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, high emotional resilience, and the ability to maintain composure under pressure.
Availability: Willing to work onsite in Bridgetowne (Pasig/Quezon City) on shifting schedules, primarily matching US/UK business hours (night shift), including weekends and holidays.
