We are looking for motivated and tech-savvy individuals to join our growing Financial Technology team at our Bridgetowne site. In this role, you will provide high-quality support to users navigating digital banking, online payment platforms, or financial software. You will handle basic troubleshooting, account security inquiries, and transaction navigation while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Technical Troubleshooting: Assist customers with app navigation, login issues, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and system glitches on the financial platform.
Transaction Support: Address inquiries regarding pending transfers, payment processing failures, account balances, and billing discrepancies.
Account Security & Compliance: Verify user identities securely and handle sensitive data in compliance with financial regulations and data privacy standards.
Issue Resolution: Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM tool and escalate complex technical or financial disputes to the tier-2 support team when necessary.
Education: High School (Old Curriculum) Graduate or Senior High School (SHS) Graduate.
Experience: Minimum of 6 months of BPO experience, preferably in a technical support, helpdesk, or blended tech environment. (FinTech or banking background is a plus but not strictly required).
Communication Skills: Good to excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Technical Aptitude: Comfortable learning new financial software, navigating multiple tools simultaneously, and explaining technical steps simply.
Availability: Willing to work onsite in Bridgetowne (Pasig/Quezon City) on shifting schedules, including night shifts, holidays, and weekends.
