Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries regarding flight bookings, reservations, schedules, and travel-related concerns.
Assist passengers with booking changes, cancellations, rebooking, and other airline services.
Provide accurate information regarding airline policies, baggage, flight details, and travel requirements.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
Maintain a positive and customer-focused approach during every interaction.
Document customer interactions and transactions accurately.
Meet established quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals.
Qualifications
At least High School/Senior High School Graduate
Preferably with at least 1 year GDS/BPO experience
Airline, travel, or reservation experience is an advantage
Excellent English communication skills
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Comfortable using computers and multiple systems
Willing to work onsite in Bridgetowne, Pasig
Amenable to a fixed dayshift schedule
