As a Bilingual Customer Support Representative at Ubiquity Cagayan de Oro, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and success. You will be responsible for providing exceptional support, troubleshooting technical issues, and assisting customers in adopting our products.

Job Description

Who are we looking for?

  • With or without BPO / CSR experience
  • Near to or a Native Spanish speaker with a permanent residency in Cagayan De Oro
  • Average to Excellent English language proficiency
  • MS Office and computer literacy especially MS Excel
  • Detail-oriented and with good analytical skills
  • Must be willing to work on shifting schedules (day, mid, night shift)
  • Willing to be kept on active file for the next possible classes
     

Key responsibilities:

  • Attends to customers' needs by answering product and service related queries
  • Provides product overview and information about other services and offerings
  • suggesting information about other products and services
  • Opens customer accounts by recording account information
  • Maintains customer records by updating account information
  • Passionate problem solver
