Tech Account Specialist – Bridgetowne Pasig

Up to ₱37,000 Monthly*

Are you tech-savvy and enjoy helping people solve problems? Join our team as a Tech Account Specialist in Bridgetowne, Pasig and provide customers with reliable technical assistance while building your career in the BPO industry.

Job Responsibilities

Assist customers with technical concerns, product inquiries, and account-related issues.
Provide step-by-step troubleshooting and guide customers toward appropriate solutions.
Identify the root cause of technical concerns through effective probing and active listening.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and account processes.
Handle customer interactions professionally through available support channels.
Document customer concerns, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions accurately.
Escalate complex or unresolved technical issues to the appropriate support team.
Meet established quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals.
Stay updated on product knowledge, processes, and technical support procedures.

Qualifications

At least a High School or Senior High School Graduate.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer navigation and technical troubleshooting skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Customer-focused with good listening and interpersonal skills.
Willing to work onsite in Bridgetowne, Pasig.
Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays when required.
Previous BPO, customer service, or technical support experience is an advantage.
