About the role
Jollibee Group is seeking an exceptional Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team in our Lancaster Imus, Cavite location.

What you'll be doing

Oversee the efficient and effective running of all restaurant operations, including inventory management, staffing, and customer service
Help Restaurant Manager lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant crew members
Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and quality standards
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints

What we're looking for

Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar management role within the hospitality industry
Strong leadership and people management skills, with a proven track record of building and motivating high-performing teams
Able to communicate and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with customers, team members, and senior management
Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
