Job Pitch

As an Assistant to Property Manager, you'll play a vital role in overseeing and managing our properties. Your proficiency with Kolmeo software will be crucial for streamlining operations and ensuring top-notch service for our residents.

Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responding to tenant and landlord inquiries via email and phone
Conduct virtual property tours, coordinate showings, and ensure a smooth tenant onboarding process.
Scheduling and coordinating maintenance and repairs with vendors
Preparing and sending lease agreements and other property-related documents
Updating property listings on various platforms
Coordinating property showings and inspections
Handling administrative tasks such as filing and data entry
Managing rental payments and deposits
Maintaining accurate records and files
Other duties as assigned by the property management team

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have at least 1-2 years of AU real estate experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Experience with property management software (e.g., PropertyTree, Property Me, RP Data) is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Reliable internet connection and home office setup
Can start ASAP.

Technical Requirements:

Equipment is self-provided
USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
Working Webcam
Computer with at least 1.5 GHz processor and at least 8GB RAM
Main Internet Service Speed: at least 50 Mbps cable connection
Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps
