Pax Libera Mining, Inc. is a corporation existing under Philippine laws primarily engaged in the exploration and development of mining claims. Although only established in 2013, the company already holds several rights over various and vast mineral properties in the Philippines.
The word "Pax" stands for peace, while "Libera" represents liberty. The company's name therefore equates its policy and approach to mining, which is to operate mining areas in a very peaceful and friendly atmosphere, thereby giving all the stakeholders the freedom to determine the extent of their participation and receive the corresponding benefit as a product of their cooperation, diligence, and productivity. The company always seeks a dynamic concept of freedom as it works against the bondage of poverty—for a nation free from hunger and suffering.
Pax Libera aspires to become the foremost mining company in the Philippines. Currently, it has existing operating and contracting rights over thousands of hectares of mineral properties located in the provinces of Tawi-Tawi, Isabela, Zambales, Surigao, Dinagat Islands, and Eastern Samar. The company desires to contribute to national growth and economic development by capitalizing on the potential of the Philippines as a leading mining country.
