Job Description
FIXED ASSETS
1. Process and record fixed asset purchases in proper GL count
2. Record and monitor fixed asset locations and accountabilities related to the fixed asset
3. Assist in tagging of fixed assets
4. Ensures that any additions disposals, depreciation, and movements of fixed assets are recorded and monitored on a timely basis.
GENERAL ACCOUNTING
1. Monitors and prepares General Journal Vouchers.
2. Helps check the completeness and timeliness of identified general journal entries.
3. Helps monitor closing timelines of each accounting section
4. GL / TB analysis.
5. Other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
