About Us:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager to join our team and help us attract and retain top talent to support our growing business.
Role Overview:
As the Recruitment Manager, you will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from developing and implementing effective hiring strategies to ensuring a positive candidate experience. You will work closely with department heads to understand their staffing needs and ensure that our hiring practices align with company goals and legal requirements.
Qualifications:
?? Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
?? 2 years (minimum) of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with 2 years in a managerial role preferred.
?? Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, labor laws, and compliance issues.
?? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
?? Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
?? Strong analytical skills with the ability to report on and interpret recruitment metrics.
